SYLLABUS ADDENDUM FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS
The major difference in the syllabus for a graduate student (versus that of an undergraduate
student) enrolled in FIN 533 is the requirement of a stock analysis project. Consequently,
grading will differ slightly. While the course grade will use the same four mid-semester
exams and a cumulative final exam, the graduate student's average will be calculated
using the best 4-out-of-5 exam grades, where each exam counts 20% of the course average,
the project counts 10%, and homework will make up the remaining 10%.
