Dr. Bonnie F. Van Ness

PERSONAL

I grew up in a small town in northeast Mississippi (Belmont) near the Alabama border.  My undergraduate degree is from University of North Alabama, my MBA is from University of Mississippi and my PhD is from the University of Memphis. 

I have had the opportunity to teach at several universities prior to coming to Ole Miss:  University of North Alabama, University of Memphis, Christian Brothers University, Marshall University, and Kansas State University.

I am married to Robert Van Ness, who also teaches finance at Ole Miss.  We have two children:  Morgan Alexandra and Peter
